We at R.E.I. & Co Home Inspections wanted to give you an update going forward in response to the current COVID-19 pandemic. The health and safety of our clients, referral partners and staff are our utmost priority during this time. To do our part in limit the spread of the virus and to protect everyone, we will be following these items during every inspection:
- We will be wearing rubber gloves while inspecting the home.(if requested)
- Hand sanitizer will be available for our clients during the walk through.
- Social Distancing staying at least 2M/6Ft from each other when applicable.
We do recommend that if we are completing a home inspection for you that you not attend the inspection, if you feel the need to attend we ask that you attend the last half an hour and we can go over everything with you at that time.
We can provide you with the option of a virtual walk-through of your property thru Facetime or other video chat platforms, rather than completing this step in-person.
As we monitor this rapidly changing situation, we are prepared to take additional steps for the benefit of our clients and the community.
