Customer Disclaimer
The Customer acknowledges being advised that a Baeumler Approved contractor has no contractual or other relationship with Bryan Baeumler or any corporation controlled by him (together hereafter referred to as “Baeumler Entities”) and that Baeumler Entities are not parties to and have no liability whatsoever in connection with any contract entered into between the Customer and a Baeumler Approved contractor.
Although approvals of a contractor are made by Baeumler Approved after enquiries to certain governmental authorities (including where applicable WSIB Clearance Certificates) reference sources and as to the existence of liability insurance, it is still incumbent upon customers to verify such information and check contractor references prior to engaging the services of a listed approved contractor.
The Customer acknowledges that any contract entered into is entirely at the Customer’s own risk.
